So far, the workshops have been attended only by ladies who, not only are interested in art, but also want to expand their artistic knowledge, learn about new creative techniques, take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and meet people who want to enrich their lives with art.

The workshops are always held on the last Thursday of the month and focus on various topics. This year, the participants were inspired by several exhibitions organized by the gallery: Jan Honsa - The Loner with the Countryman's Heart, The Válová Sisters - Under One Sky and Three Steps from the Beech. In connection with these exhibitions, they tried not only painting according to the model, but also completely original works in the style of assemblage. Each of the ladies looked at the exhibition a little differently and moved their content further with their own work. The workshops were also enriched with thematic creations for the Easter holidays, when we produced original decorations. Of course, all works can be taken home by the participants.

It is interesting to watch what different people enjoy the most, what artistic expression is closest to whom. Some people like to paint with colors, others are excited about spatial creation. That is why we alternate activities on a regular basis. But everyone is happy to see the exhibition. Workshops for seniors should mainly offer relaxation, for which art is ideal.
